Thomas Markle Jr., Meghan Markle’s half-brother, has his sights on their father’s property.
Thomas Markle Sr., who has suffered many strokes in recent years, is advised to delegate business and legal matters to his son so he can concentrate on his health.
Thomas Senior, 78, has filed a request to be placed under “conservatorship,” according to Tom Jr.
According to a source who spoke to the Sunday Mirror, “Tom Snr has experienced a number of health scares, and his son wants to do the best for him by removing any stress.”
“Cases in America drag on for months or years, so Tom Snr. will feel lighter. He will be able to concentrate on getting better.
Thomas Markle Sr. had a stroke earlier this year and was taken to a hospital in Mexico.
The father of the Duchess stated: “I feel incredibly grateful and realise how fortunate I am to be alive.
I want to express my gratitude to everyone, especially the excellent medical professionals who saved my life. Angels, they are.
“The kind letters I’ve gotten from people all across the world have impacted me incredibly. People have been so kind. Although I am unable to talk at the moment, I am working hard and will express my gratitude when I can.
