Imran Khan, the head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a former prime minister, declared on Wednesday that Pakistan’s destiny will be decided by the results of the by-elections on July 17.
The PTI government attempted to end election rigging by introducing electronic voting machines, but bigwigs and the Chief Election Commissioner opposed the EVM out of concern for fair elections. The former prime minister added that two families have ruled Pakistan for 35 years, but we will overthrow them on Sunday.
He claimed that once he returned to Pakistan, a plot was developed by the Americans because they disapproved of his trip to Russia. The US Embassy began contacting our people, many of the party defectors went to the US embassy, and a conspiracy was first hatched before our government was overthrown.
“We do not bow before anyone but the almighty Allah, and we only ask the almighty for assistance,” he declared. Imran Khan claimed to have waged jihad against these thugs and vowed never to accept American slaves and robbers.
The PTI chairman claimed that his party members were receiving threatening phone calls. Threats of imprisonment are made against them.
The former PM urged the young to conduct a door-to-door campaign to unseat the turncoats in the by-elections.
Imran Khan criticised Maryam Nawaz, saying she was leading a campaign of thieves. Eight years ago, she said she had no real estate in Pakistan or London, but the Panama Papers made her four palaces known.
